I'm Benjamin Carcich
My goal is to level up leadership across the games industry.
I've led in the military, as a producer at Riot Games, and now as a founder working with studios. I’ve worked on teams and orgs of all sizes and types.
I had an absolute blast and learned a ton from my experiences and the people around me.
After over a decade leading, I realized I loved helping leaders grow and advance more than anything else I'd done, so I founded Building Better Games to do just that!
